The founder and heart behind PivotGround, Sarah leads her team of digital experts to help human-service nonprofits increase capacity, deliver better programming, attract more funding, and make the world a better place.
It can be lonely in the Executive Director seat. Sarah knows, because she’s been there. That’s why she brings over 15 years of nonprofit leadership and 13+ years of being a web professional together to make your life simpler, clearer, and more exciting.
Sarah’s top experiences include co-founding the Open Center for Autism in 2005 with Valerie Paradiz, serving as the deputy director of the Global and Regional Asperger Syndrome Partnership (GRASP), and working as the executive director of the Helping Children of War Foundation.
She is also a published author: Sarah co-wrote Lesson Planning a la Carte: Integrated Planning for Students with Special Needs (AAPC Publishing).
Brittany develops social strategies and generates funding for your organization.
Brittany has a genuine passion for digital marketing and social media, and is constantly coming up with innovative strategies that push the barriers of this fast-changing industry. She founded bSocial Strategy, which helps both nonprofit organizations and businesses leverage social media.
Shane makes online advertising for your nonprofit more effective by leveraging hard data analytics.
Shane has a specialty in targeting internet traffic, social media advertising, and re-marketing. He co-founded KLEAR Digital, where they fuse online data and apply it to hyper-target an audience that is most likely to be interested in a particular product or service.
Shelby understands how people find info on Google—and then makes sure you’re the one getting found.
Through her organization Content Divas, Shelby uses data and words to push your nonprofit to the next level. She helps you bring your vision and message to the world—but more importantly, she helps you get found by the right people.
Marc ensures your website and campaigns function amazingly behind the scenes.
Marc designs and builds our repeatable frameworks. With experience in software development, digital marketing, digital agency operations, and management consulting, he’s PivotGround’s jack-of-all-trades. As our solution engineer he helps select the best tools and processes for our team and clients.
As our multi-talented, easy-going design ringleader, Troy is a fountain of knowledge, a bubbling stream of insights, and an ocean of experience.
Troy began his career nearly three decades ago designing museums and entertainment complexes in Los Angeles, including a collaboration with Iwerks Entertainment on signage, large-scale graphics and exhibits for the Hollywood Entertainment Museum.
Rachel gets things done behind the curtain.
Rachel has over five years of administrative experience and thrives putting plans to action and bringing order to chaos. In addition to helping PivotGround, she co-owns Center Stage, an organization dedicated to building confidence in kids through music, drama, and performance. She currently lives in Oklahoma with her husband, Jonny, and cat, Albus.
Ronik makes the process of building out website feel easy.
Ronik holds a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, MA, has traveled to four continents and has achieved success working with numerous international teams. He leads the his team to build web projects that offer beautiful experiences. Based in Boston, he is always on-hand to help you turn your website idea into a complete and fulfilling experience.
Sonia ensures PivotGround runs as a well oiled machine and that you have a phenomenal experience.
Sonia Narvaez loves helping passionate entrepreneurs succeed in creating a manageable and profitable business by reducing their overwhelm. She received her MPH from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health. At PivotGround, Sonia is the Integrator & Director of Projects. She is fully committed to carrying out PivotGround’s mission. She works behind the scenes to help the organization run as a well oiled machine and to ensure that clients have a phenomenal experience. She uses her expertise in operations, systems and strategies to fuel her passion and scale PivotGround.
