Sarah Olivieri is a nonprofit digital strategist with a passion for helping organizations bring their mission and services to life on the web. At PivotGround, Sarah leads her team of digital experts on a mission to help clients increase capacity, deliver better programming, attract more funding, and hopefully make the world a little better.
Sarah brings over 17 years of experience working in and leading nonprofit organizations to PivotGround. She also has over 14 years of experience working on the web. Sarah says her top experiences include co-founding the Open Center for Autism in 2005 with Valerie Paradiz, serving as the deputy director of the Global and Regional Asperger Syndrome Partnership (GRASP), and working as the executive director of the Helping Children of War Foundation. She is also a published author. Sarah co-wrote Lesson Plan a la Carte: Integrated Planning for Students with Special Needs (AAPC Publishing).
Sarah received her BA from the University of Chicago with a focus on globalization and its effect on marginalized cultures, studying in Spain, Tanzania, and Cuba, and finally moving to Japan to teach English. In 2009 she completed a master's degree in Humanistic and Multicultural Education at SUNY New Paltz.
Marc Hewitt, designs and builds repeatable frameworks. As a jack of all trades he has previously worked in software development, founding his own digital agency and operations management consulting.
At PivotGround, Marc is an implementation strategist. He fully believes in the vision and core values behind the company. He also found that Sarah, the owner was such a joy to work with and that PivotGround’s mission was so in line with his personal vision that in 2017 he joined the company full-time.
During his free time, Marc enjoys designing small video games and apps, learning new skills and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He actively travels and is looking to give full time digital nomad life a shot in 2020.
Liz Harrington, has over 20 years experience matching business needs with talent, content and technology solutions. She is passionate about creating fertile local economy ecosystems through people pollinating.
At PivotGround, Liz is the Growth Specialist. She specializes in connecting the dots and partnership match-making. She joined PivotGround to help educate other nonprofits on how they can work smarter, reach impact faster and understand their data better.
She is currently working as an independent growth and business strategy consultant from clicks to bricks. In addition to her work with PivotGround, she is also Director of Local Currency at The Hudson Valley Current.
During her free time, Liz enjoys exploring the Hudson Valley with her 2 sons, husband, and wonderful mother-in-law. She actively engages in her community either through volunteer work.
Brittany Oat is an award winning social expert, dedicated to developing social media strategies that get results. She’s passionate about using social media to tell stories, generate fundraising dollars and help organizations make a real impact.
At PivotGround, Brittany is the social media expert. She was drawn to work with PivotGround initially by Sarah and through her passion to helping nonprofits.
In 2012, Brittany founded bSocial Strategy with the goal of helping both nonprofit organizations and businesses leverage social media. She is known for her ability to grow thriving social media communities using edgy content and targeted advertising. She has a genuine passion for digital marketing and social media, and is continuously coming up with innovative ideas that push the barriers of this ever-changing industry. Brittany received the 2012 Mercury Award from PRSA for her creation of a viral video for a client, and was the winner of the Fox News Channel Challenge in 2007.
During her free time she enjoys traveling, eating and drinking craft beer. She also runs her own craft beer events company.
Say Gabriel, is a word lover that dances between both sides of her brain. She utilizes her intuitive and highly empathetic nature with strategy, logic, a love of organization, and a process-driven approach to create meaningful and highly converting content.
At PivotGround, Say is the content strategist. She joined the team as the organization’s mission is in line with both her personal and core mission—empowering people to make empowered decisions and live fulfilled lives.
She is currently the founder of Anansi Solutions. Say is very talented at pulling information out of people's heads and transforming it into words that are simple and easy to understand. She then utilizes strategic planning and storytelling to make it come to life and inspire audiences to enthusiastic action.
In her free time, she enjoys reading fantasy novels and hanging out by the ocean. She also has a green thumb and gets her hands dirty in the garden growing food.
Shane Frazier is a specialist in targeting internet traffic, social media advertising and re-marketing. He is committed to developing digital marketing strategies utilizing KLEAR Digital’s proven formula and intricately-developed proprietary processes that make advertising more effective by leveraging data analytics.
At PivotGround, Shane is a PPC & Data Analyst. He loves the business model and focus of PivotGround and is dedicated about helping amplify the message of a good cause.
In 2012, Shane founded KLEAR Digital alongside his business partner. KLEAR Digital leverages predictive data and analytics to give clients an unfair advantage over competitors in the digital space. They fuse offline data and apply it online to hyper target an audience that is most likely to buy a specific product or service. In 2016, he additionally launched a second company called Intentional Media alongside his business partners. The company is dedicated to personalized services focused on ROI marketing.
During his free time, Shane enjoys spending time with his family or can be found enjoying the outdoors. He actively participates in competitive fishing and runs a non-profit tournament for bass fishing.
Shelby Larson brings vision to the world using innovative and creative solutions. She utilizes her expertise in Google’s algorithm requirements to design high-converting sales funnels and marketing campaigns.

In 2007, Shelby founded Content Divas. Content Divas provides top-quality content creation services. Shelby views marketing as her vessel to help bring people’s visions and messages to the world. In 2016, she additionally launched a second company called Intentional Media alongside his business partners. The company is dedicated to personalized services focused on ROI marketing.
During her free time, Shelby loves spending time with her best friend and husband and their five children. In addition, she enjoys speaking and attending marketing conferences and events around the world.
